Our Mission
The foundation that guides everything we do
Mission Statement
Education Transformation Enterprises Inc. (ETE Inc.) empowers K–12 students—particularly those performing below grade level—in underserved communities through personalized, data-driven instruction, targeted academic interventions, and enrichment experiences.
Our mission is to close achievement gaps by improving literacy and math proficiency, strengthening critical thinking and life skills, and providing family-centered support systems that equip every learner with the confidence, competence, and tools needed to succeed in school and beyond—regardless of zip code, background, or ability.
Our Vision
A Florida community where every learner — especially those from underserved backgrounds — has equal access to transformative, high-quality education that prepares them for college, career, and life.
Our Core Values
Excellence
We hold ourselves and our students to the highest standards, delivering programming that challenges, inspires, and produces measurable results.
Equity
Every child deserves access to quality education. We actively remove financial and systemic barriers so all students can participate.
Compassion
We see the whole child — their strengths, challenges, and potential — and meet every learner with patience, care, and encouragement.
Innovation
We embrace evidence-based, creative methods that keep students engaged and ensure learning is meaningful and lasting.
Community
We partner with families, schools, and community organizations to build a network of support around every student we serve.
Empowerment
We build independence, self-advocacy, and leadership skills so every student graduates from our programs ready to own their future.
